See How Much Snapchat Introduce As Paid Subscription Just Like Telegram

Snapchat, a popular social platform, has unveiled Snapchat+, a paid subscription service that offers special features like altering the app icon and viewing users who have rewatched your stories. According to the business, the features will cost $3.99 per month.

In addition to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, the new subscription plan will soon be available in additional nations.

Earlier last week, the messaging software Telegram introduced Telegram Premium, a new subscription service that gives users access to unique features. Telegram had previously stated that it would charge customers $5 to $6 per month for extra capabilities and early access to new feature launches.

Elon Musk speculated at a subscription-based Twitter, at least for a certain group of users, as part of his takeover agreement, which is currently on hold. According to industry analysts, more social media platforms may introduce new membership plans soon under pressure from declining revenue and high inflation, which would mean that some of the functionality currently available on such platforms would no longer be free.

The Statements Made

  • "Today we're launching Snapchat+, a collection of exclusive, experimental, and pre-release features available in Snapchat for $3.99/month," Snapchat stated in a statement announcing the launch of the paid subscription. Some of the most enthusiastic members of our community will receive new Snapchat features through this membership, and we will be able to give them priority assistance.
  • Despite reporting revenue growth in the first quarter of 2022, Snapchat had expressed worries that the conflict in Ukraine might prevent it from meeting its sales goals. The business warned that it might fall short of its Q2 2022 revenue targets in May.
